Details:Join Curt Anthon for gentle yoga: a slow-moving class targeting all areas of the body to create flexibility, strength and balance all from kneeling, seated and reclined positions. There are few standing postures. This class is perfect for those who prefer a more mindful practice. Curt is a certified trainer in Tai Chi and a registered yoga instructor.
Join Curt Anthon for Tai Chi: when practiced correctly on a regular basis, these two closely related practices can reduce stress and improve quality of life transcending age and physical condition. The class incorporates gentle movement, breath practice, self-applied massage, meditation and visualization. Boost the immune system, retrain posture, encourage circulation and maintain flexibility through the joints. Curt is a certified trainer in Tai Chi and a registered yoga instructor.
Recommended for ages 50+
Hybrid class: happening in person with masks/distancing and live on Zoom for those who prefer to attend from home
