A slow-moving yoga class targeting all areas of the body to create flexibility, strength, and balance. The last Wednesday of every month will focus on Restorative yoga, a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation and practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Blocks & other props may be used (bring if you have-we will have some to share).
